Ringier Axel Springer Media AG takes over GEO licenses for editions in Eastern Europe

Ringier Axel Springer Media AG takes over the licensing rights from Gruner+Jahr to publish the GEO title in Hungary*, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The successful educational magazine, which is already run by Axel Springer Russia as a licensing edition, expands the international portfolio of the joint venture of Swiss Ringier AG and Axel Springer AG. Within the Ringier Axel Springer Media AG, both companies bundle their Eastern European activities in Poland, Hungary*, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Serbia.
