Staffs of the Ringier’s Customer Contact Center offer full service with higher competence, several years of experience and modern infrastructure.
They care for about one million subscribers and readers on multimedia basis either by mail, fax, phone, email or through the Internet. They also support the handling of competitors and games of the Ringier Publishing Houses by telephone.
